Invite-only. Contractors don’t apply publicly.

Invited contractors

If you were invited to Neighborhood Contractors, your next steps will come by email. This page explains what to do now and what to expect during the intro stage.

Early operations are founder-led. Sign-in will be added later — for now, onboarding and introductions are handled by email.

Next steps

Quick and simple. If you want in, reply to your invitation email and we’ll confirm the basics.

Do this now

  • Reply to your invite email to confirm you want to join
  • Confirm your trade(s) and your service cities
  • Tell us your preference: small jobs, larger projects, or both
  • Share your realistic timing (e.g., “booked out 6 weeks”)

If you can’t find your invite email, check spam/junk and then contact us with the email address you expected the invite to go to.

What happens after that

  • When a homeowner request fits your trade and city, we relay the project basics
  • You can accept or decline based on fit and workload
  • Invite Credits are used only if you accept (not for messages or estimates)
  • After acceptance and contact exchange, we complete a clean handoff and step out

I didn’t get an invite. Can I sign up?

No. Contractors are invite-only and can’t join without a homeowner referral/invitation.

I was invited but don’t see an email.

Check spam/junk first. If you still don’t see it, contact us and include the email address you were invited with.

When will sign-in be available?

Sign-in will be added after early operations are stable. For now, onboarding and introductions are handled through email.
